英文客服的即兴剧场

为了避免在电话那头“系统宕机”,我把常用的 人工客服 英文 话术总结成几段口播,派单时随用随取。

开场稳住气场

接通后说“This is Alex from customer support. How may I assist you today?”。若客户久等,补一句“Thank you for your patience; I’m here to help right away.”,礼貌又专业。

核实与复述

索取资料用“May I have your order number?”、“Could you verify the email on file?”。复述问题:“Just to confirm, you’re experiencing…”,同时告知处理时间:“Let me check; it may take about two minutes.”

方案与升级

给选项时说“Here are two ways we can resolve this.”,简述优缺点。需要升级则用“I’ll escalate this to our specialist team and keep you informed by email.”,让客户知道事情有人跟进。

安抚与政策

同理的句子像“I understand this has been frustrating.”、“If I were in your shoes, I’d want a quick fix too.”。涉及条款时说“According to our policy, we can offer… However, let me see if there’s an exception.”,既守底线又表现努力。

收尾与复盘
